The Yoga Hatha/Vinyasa class is aimed at beginners & intermediates – so come along and give it a try! This class includes a traditional yoga flow alongside some more modern strengthening exercises. A range of easier and more challenging moves are offered throughout to cater to all abilities – so you don’t need to worry if you find something a bit more challenging – there will always be an easier alternative!

Booking in advance is important as places are limited and get booked up quickly! This class takes place in the Charlie Crane room upstairs. Bring along a yoga mat if possible and wear something loose and comfortable. Pay for 5 sessions & the 6th is free (in advance or weekly).
