The existing clubhouse is a focal point for the Sports Clubs and local community. The social activities held include Race Nights, Quiz Nights, Christenings, Parties and the occasional Wedding. There is a Function Hall and separate Members Lounge, which are served by a well-stocked Bar with drinks at very competitive prices. There is a well-positioned patio area overlooking the sports field, all served by ample parking. Although well-loved by the residents of Codicote, nobody can deny that the existing facilities are dated and in need of some serious help.
