We are extremely proud to be the first of its kind in a community setting and hope you’ll take full advantage of all the benefits we’re sure you’ll appreciate. This exciting and groundbreaking initiative puts a healthier and more active community at the top of our agenda and gives you the tools to make a real and rewarding difference in your life.
This innovative health and wellness solution, ingeniously transforms the existing cafe bar space into a boutique and intimate health and wellness centre during the hours of 8:00AM - 6:00PM, Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. Providing the community with a range of health and wellness services that are tailored to individual needs.

Phase 2 of the John Clements Wellness Centre is due to commence in the summer of 2018 and will see the Wellness Centre relocated from the cafe bar space into a dedicated building on the JC site. This will include additional state-of-the-art equipment, similar to what is shown in the video below. The facility will also be accessible for longer hours. More information will be provided closer to the time. For now, just enjoy!

Pricing and Services
Your first port of call will be a comprehensive health assessment that will give you accurate body statistics as to the status of your current health and fitness. Some, call it a reality check! This is charged at £35.00 to Members and £48.00 to non-members. Other than the substantial discount that members enjoy on all services there are numerous benefits for you to take advantage of. These include:
- Up to 30% reduction on a wide variety of health and wellness services (listed below)
- An online and Smartphone App which captures routines and monitors progress. You will also be able to sync with your Fitbit and some other wearable technologi
- Booking and paying for classes in advance guaranteeing your place
- Prioritised for all events, workshops, showcases, seminars and special classes.
Membership of the John Clements Wellness Centre is charged at £6.00 per month and can be paid by Debit/Credit card or Direct Debit.
