Fundraising
Raising £1.7m is a formidable task and one which demands initially the participation of those it will primarily benefit – the sports clubs, community and youth of Codicote and their families. If we can demonstrate a good level of support from these key stakeholders then local benefactors (individuals, businesses and authorities ) are more likely to add their support which in turn will engage the attention of the large funders such as National Lottery money coming from Sport England , the Big Lottery or the National Governing Bodies of the major sports .
